For the cost conscious car buyers, the basic edition of Verna offered with 1.4L DOHC from Gamma, which put out 78.7kW @ 6300 rpm and 5000 rpm@135.4Nm box and comes with a choice of five-speed manual transmission or four-speed automatic. Fuel economy with assessed 5.7l/100km manual; 6.2l/100km with automatic (1.4L with fuel economy package).
